DIN (Zertifizierungsgesellschaft des Deutschen Institutes für Normung e.V.)
Seit Mitte 2006 gibt es die Europäische Sprachreise-Norm EN 14804. Die DIN-Zertifizierung bescheinigt carpe diem Sprachreisen eine hervorragende Dienstleistung, die neben Sprachfreude vor allem eines garantiert: Sprachqualität.

ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations)
Als weltweit größter Dachverband von Sprachschulen und Sprachreiseveranstaltern hat ALTO vier Qualitätsgarantien formuliert, die jedes Mitglied zu erfüllen hat:
- Zuverlässigkeit : ALTO-Mitglieder garantieren, versprochene Leistungen rechtzeitig, vollständig und zum vereinbarten Preis zu erbringen.
- Kompetenz : ALTO-Mitglieder garantieren die Fähigkeit, versprochene Leistungen mit einem hohen Maß an Kompetenz und Professionalität zu erbringen.

The members of the world's largest association of language schools and language tour operators ALTO have

and services as well as location, standard and services of the accommodation fully match the description as promoted. - Customer Care:
ALTO members guarantee that the welfare, needs and expectations of clients
are priorities for them and that they will deal with requests, criticisms and
complaints efficiently and in a timely fashion.
WYSETC (World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation )
Im Oktover 2006 schlossen sich GWEA und die "International Association for Educational Work Exchange Programmes " (IAEWEP) zur "World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation" ( WYSETC) zusammen.
WYSETC dient der Qualitätssicherung im Reisemarkt und vertritt die Anliegen junger Reisender vor internationalen Institutionen wie der WTO oder der UNO.
In October 2006 GWEA merged with International Association for Educational Work Exchange Programmes (IAEWEP) to form the WYSE Work Abroad Association.
WYSETC serves the quality assurance in the travel market and represents the concerns of young traveller in contact with international institutions like the WTO or the UN.
FDSV (Fachverband Deutscher Sprachreiseveranstalter)
Der Fachverband Deutscher Sprachreiseveranstalter (FDSV) wurde 1977 als Zusammenschluss deutscher Sprachreise-Veranstalter mit dem Ziel gegründet, für die Verbraucher überprüfbare Qualitätsstandards zu schaffen, zu deren Einhaltung sich die FDSV-Mitglieder verpflichten.
Als Mitglied imFDSV unterwirft sich carpe diem Sprachreisen freiwillig einer jährlichen Inspektion vor Ort durch einen unabhängigen Beirat, der aus Hochschullehrern und einer Verbraucherschützerin besteht.
The Association of German Language Tour Operators (FDSV) was founded in 1977. It started as a federation of German Language tour operators - with the aim of establishing standards of quality , to which the members are obliged to comply.
As a member of the FDSV, carpe diem languagetravels undergoes a voluntary annual inspection by an independent advisory board, consisting of academics and a consumer's protégé.
BundesForum Kinder- und Jugendreisen e.V.
Das BundesForum Kinder- und Jugendreisen e.V. ist die Fachorganisation für den Bereich des Kinder- und Jugendreisens. In ihm zusammengeschlossen sind bundesweite Dachverbände, Träger und Vereine, die gemeinsame Qualitätskriterien für Kinder- und Jugendreisen ständig weiter entwickeln.
The BundesForum Kinder- und Jugendreisen e.V. is a professional association for child and youth travel. It forms a union consisting of national federations, promoters and associations, which are constantly improving the common quality criteria for children and youth travel.
DFH (Deutscher Fachverband High School e.V)
Der Deutsche Fachverband High School e.V. ( DFH ) ist der Zusammenschluss deutscher Organisationen für Schüleraustausch und Schulaufenthalte im Ausland zum Zweck der Qualitätssicherung. Ein DFH-Beirat kontrolliert regelmäßig die Kataloge und Aktivitäten der Mitgliedsorganisationen des DFH.
The German High School Association (DFH) is the federation of German organisations for student exchange and school stays abroad. Its main purpose is quality assurance. A DFH Advisory Board ensures controls of catalogues and activities of the member organizations of the DFH on a regular basis.
